Privacy policy
Updated October 27, 2026. This is a plain-language policy for the site. It is not a substitute for a lawyer's review.
What the consultation form collects
If you write to us, we keep your name, email, phone if you gave one, business name, the service you asked about, and your message. We also store the IP address of the submission so we can limit spam. Those records live in the firm's private desk, not in a public directory.
What we do with it
We use the inquiry to reply and, if we work together, to keep the engagement. We do not sell the list. We do not use it for unrelated marketing. Staff who sign in to the desk can see inquiries because answering them is the job.
Cookies
The public site sets a short-lived cookie so the consultation form can prove it was sent from this site. The desk sets a sign-in cookie that is HttpOnly. We do not run an advertising tracker.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses, as the host. Their handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's own policy.
How long
Inquiries stay in the desk until someone on the team deletes them. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days of quiet. Ask us to delete an inquiry and we will, unless we have to keep it for a tax or accounting record that already exists.
