Terms of use

The site is not the engagement

Pages, prices, and the consultation form are information. A client relationship starts only when both sides agree to an engagement. Starting prices are floors, not a promise to do the work for that amount.

No attest work, and no CPA title

PayPro Accounting does not provide audits, reviews, compilations, or other attest services through this site, and it does not use the CPA designation here. Tax preparation, when engaged, is preparation — not representation before the IRS.

No payments on this site

The desk keeps billing records so the firm can see what it has invoiced. The website does not charge cards, move payroll, or collect tax payments.

Your messages

Don't send full account numbers or scans of driver's licenses through the public form. Tell us you have them, and we will give you a better channel once we are actually working together.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break the desk, scrape it, or send the form in a loop. We may ignore inquiries that look like spam.

Liability

The site is provided as available information. To the extent the law allows, PayPro Accounting is not liable for decisions you make from a webpage alone. Work we actually perform is governed by the engagement, not by these paragraphs.

Law

These terms are governed by Michigan law. If a dispute about the website itself has to be filed somewhere, it is filed in a state or federal court in Michigan.
