A month that ends with books you can read.

Most months should end the same way: the bank matches the books, sales tax is a known number, and you can see whether the business made money. PayPro's bookkeeping is that close, done by a person who will tell you when a receipt is missing instead of guessing.

We work in the file you already keep. If you are still on a spreadsheet and it tells the truth, we can start there. We do not sell you a software subscription of our own.

Catch-up is a separate project. If the last clean month was last spring, we look at how many months and how many accounts before we name a fee. The monthly work starts once the file is current.
